Vouchers 4 Veggies (V4V) is a San Francisco based food program that aims to increase access to healthy and affordable foods for low-income individuals and families by providing free vouchers for fruit and vegetables. V4V partners with dozens of local grocers and farmers markets to address the unique food insecurity issues in San Francisco.
Our Project
The project involves building a mobile application that allows vendors to submit voucher data via QR code. This app will allow administrators to see voucher data and update vendor invoices. This project will help streamline logistical operations for vendors and V4V admin, letting them better focus on people facing food insecurity.
