Unloop is providing a pipeline from prison to tech through education, support, and opportunity. They partner with community colleges to educate students in Washington State prisons, giving them the skills and knowledge they need to pursue careers in web development. In addition to education, Unloop connects students with resources that address barriers to their professional success, and creates opportunities for students after release by bringing together employers, professionals, and educators.

The Solution
Blueprint created a web-based portal for both Unloop staff and participants that will allow Unloop to better organize their assignments/notes and increase transparency between members of their organization. This new dashboard includes features that track student growth and streamline every step of the education pipeline, ultimately allowing staff to focus their time and energy on moving Unloop forward and ensuring student success.
