Facilities will be able to submit their availability and find entertainment that accommodates their schedule. Volunteers can browse event calendars, sign up to perform or host shows, and submit availability. Administrators can then review these requests and carefully select volunteers. These features will simplify event coordination, ensuring each show is a strong fit for the facility’s needs and the volunteers' talents.
